e) Analyses of the muon detection efficiency using the hadron Calorimeter

f) Import of the code from sio/Jas2 to lcio/Jas3, in development. Further improvements

 to the stepper to deal with curling back and low energy muons at the end of their path

 Work on purity versus efficiency as a function of the detector depth presented at Vancouver.

  Work on data-acquisition during the data taking with scintillator planes with

  fibers in the Test-Beam at Fermilab.

c) I gave 3 talks at the weekly meeting of the LCFI through skype.

 

d) New work assuming that the stops will fragment  before decaying into charm quarks and neutralinos. This was brought during the study of systematic in our super-symmetry study.

 In that case the 2 jets events are replaced by 3 and 4 jets events where the extra jets are produced by the remnant quarks. In that case the charm flavor tagging is now the way to identify the charm jets and not only as a cut to separate from the background.

 

The study was presented in an ILC tracking meeting and expended for a presentation at

Vancouver, but was sent too late.
