SLIC is the Linear Collider simulation based on Geant4

• SLIC is presently available on ilcsim.fnal.gov
• The latest installation (as of Feb. 20, 2008) is available on ilcsim and ilcsim2 at /grid/app/CherSimDist_new/SimDist
  Expect this directory to change in the future. All applications should be built under /grid/app/ilc.
• Note that applications in /grid/app are also available to jobs running in the Fermilab ILC VO.
• Running SLIC:
  • ssh ilcsim.fnal.gov or ssh ilcsim2.fnal.gov
    (see the ilcsim instructions if you need an account)
  • use /grid/app/CherSimDist_new/SimDist/scripts/slic.sh to run SLIC
