Simulation and Reconstruction Software

This page is a place holder for the first technical page in the Simulation and Reconstruction Software section. I think that it should a dense set of links that form a table of contents to the entire heirarchy. I like the model of the BTeV internal page. Some links that belong on this page are:

• Getting started. Includes how to get accounts; which resources are available.
• List of who is working on what.
• Software common to all detector concepts: Root and other libraries.
• How to access SiD software are FNAL.
• How to access ILD (GLD/LDC) software are FNAL.
• How to access 4th concept software are FNAL.
• Home page of the benchmark group.
• Links to the detector working groups at FNAL.

The pages linking to detector concept software at FNAL should include examples that "just work", and allow a new user to make their first histogram in 5 minutes. These should be accompanied by more complete tutorials. On the first release the SiD section might include John Yoh's page verbatim.
