If a letter of invitation is required,
this may be requested when filling out the online
Registration and Payment form.
|
|
We request that people register early (by
September 21) if at all possible.
Reservations for rooms in the
Conference Hotel
should be made by that same September 21
date. The hotel room reservation
must be made directly with the
conference hotel,
and the from the conference registration and payment form is a separate
process.
The deadline for online conference registration is October 12.

For Foreign Travelers
|
It is the responsibility of participants who require a visa to
enter the United States for the Meeting to obtain the appropriate visa.
There can be a several-months time lag between applying for and receiving
a visa, so we recommend that the process be started early.
If you need a letter of invitation to obtain a U.S. visa,
please indicate this need on the On-Line Registration Form.
Please allow at least three months for visa application processing.

Fee and Payment
|
The registration fee for the Meeting is
payable in U.S. dollars only.
The fee includes admission to the scientific sessions, lunch each day,
coffee breaks, and administrative support for the Meeting.
Registration fees may be charged to a credit card
(MasterCard and Visa only)
or to a Fermilab project/task code, or paid by check or bank transfer.
Bank Transfers must include any processing charges by your bank
or the U.S. bank to which it is sent.)
All attendees are asked to register on-line beginning July 19, 2007.
If you are unable to register electronically,
the registration form may be printed and faxed to 630-840-8589
or mailed to the Secretariat at the
ALCPG07 Conference Secretariat.

On-Site Registration Activities
|
On site registration, for collection of
delegates package and payment receipts, etc,
will be available Sun October 21st from 7pm - 9pm in
the conference hotel, and
Monday October 22 starting at 7am in the Wilson Hall Atrium
(the meeting location).
A workshop secretariat representative will
be in attendance (at Wilson Hall) for the remainder of the meeting,
to help with late registration and problem solving.
