Transportation between the hotel and the sessions at Fermilab will be provided, and an early registration reception (and possibly other meeting-related events) will be held at that hotel.

We recommend that out-of-town attendees reserve rooms (in the ALCPG07 block) to stay in the meeting hotel.

• The Meeting will provide free shuttle-bus service between Pheasant Run and Fermilab in the morning and evening of each day the Meeting is in session.
• Early meeting check-in and a light reception will be set up at the meeting hotel, the evening of October 21st.
