Joint Meeting of the
American Linear Collider Physics Group
ILC Global Design Effort
22-26 October 2007
|
|
|
|
|
Meeting Location:
Fermi National Accelerator Laboratory
Batavia, Illinois, USA |
The Fermilab ALCPG07 meeting is next in the continuing series
of North American workshops on the physics, detector,
and accelerator issues of the future International Linear
Collider.
The GDE Meeting
at Fermilab during ALCPG07 will provide a
critical juncture as it will formally establish the new ILC
Engineering Design Phase Project Management. A focus of the
meeting will be the consolidation of the engineering design phase
plans, leading up to the successful publication of the
Engineering Design Report (EDR) by mid 2010.
The main meeting will open and close with joint plenary sessions,
with parallel working sessions held between.
|
The meeting hotel is the
Pheasant Run Hotel in
St. Charles, Illinois.
Free transportation between the meeting hotel and Fermilab
will be provided morning and evening, each day of the meeting.
A block of rooms has been reserved to be available
at a favorable price to ALCPG07 attendees.
An "Early Meeting Check-in" reception Sunday night will be
held at the Pheasant Run Hotel.
